Sorry for the huge long email but just for those of you who dont recieve it and not from the UK can see what money grabbing arses they really are i have highlighted parts which annoy me the most.

Your phone company keeps a large part of your payment for themselves. To provide our Superstars with more fun and the most beautiful clothes and items for their MeDoll and Suite, we have been forced to reduce the number of Stardollars that members receive when they pay with their mobile phone or home phone. Yeah i have a comment for you it sucks hard, i been a loyal customer for over three years, i have always used mobile to get stardollars and whilst yes 50 stardollars is more than we have got in the past its like you are punishing people who only use mobile phones, whilst rewarding credit card users, i think my time on stardoll is limited as i feel that you are not the company you once were, where you actually appreciated your clients rather than just wanting to take there cash, i do understand that you have a business to run and that times are hard but taking stardollars off people aint going to get people to spend money on your site.
